We collect the information you give us to provide a clean: your name, contact details, property address and access notes, the details of your booking, and payment information. We also collect basic usage data to keep the site fast and secure.

2. How we use it

We use your information to price and schedule cleans, dispatch a cleaner, take payment, provide support, send booking and account notifications, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Service providers

We share information only with the providers needed to run the service: Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payments), Pipedrive (customer records), Resend (email), and Google Maps/Places (addresses). Each handles your data under its own terms and only as needed.

4. Access details and lockbox codes

Access instructions and lockbox codes are stored securely and used only to carry out your booking. You can ask us to remove stored access details at any time.

5. Storage and security

Your data is stored on secure infrastructure hosted in Australia. We apply access controls and encryption in transit, and limit access to staff who need it.

6. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to our legal obligations. Contact us and we will action your request.
